The 50 Mile course consists of two 25 mile loops run in the counterclockwise direction on Forest Service roads and trails including parts of the Arizona Trail in the Santa Rita Mountains. It starts and ends at the historic mining site of Kentucky Camp, elevation 5142 ft. The highest point on the course is at Jerry’s Pass at 6232 ft. Terrain is rolling, with rocky, rutted ascents and descents where you don’t need them.

Time limits are 15 hours overall and 7 hours and the end of the first loop at 25 miles.
